Heather Mills gets the prize

Posted by Mix 94.5 Tuesday 18 March, 2008 10:38 AM

News filtering in confirms that Heather Mills will be paid $52 million by Sir Paul McCartney, as part of the terms of their divorce settlement.

This equates to around $1500 per hour, or $36,000 per day for the term of their marriage.

We'd love to hear how you feel about this:

  • Is this a fair payout?
  • Was Sir Paul duped?
  • Is Heather being treated unfairly by the media?

Have your say.

She is greedy... but he should have known.... Everyone said don't get with her... but he wouldn't listen... She is and was no Linda.... He was hurt and looking for someone to fill the void and this 'person' hopped in.... and he would have been better off grieving... Go Paul...x

Everyone will always have an opinion! Heather has chosen to show herself as a money hungry woman, a small percentage of the amount would have been adequate. It doesn’t seem fair the way a split is worked out when couples call it quits. It would be nice that when there is so much money involved a certain amount should have to go to a deserving charity…

52 Million I cant belive that Heather Mills wants more that she was awarded if she cant live of 52 million dollars and bring up her daugher on that then some is very wrong. I believe that Heather Mills is just a greedy witch

well he still has plenty left - why not share it around. He will think twice next time he shacks up anyway.

Just after their separation was announced, Sir Paul (or is that Saint?) announced the release of an album dedicated to the memory of his FIRST wife, Linda. I don't think any marriage has a chance when one of them is buried in the memories of another.

Do you really think we know it all? Of course not! I'll bet he did stuff & i'll bet she did stuff. $1500 phr is alot but nobodys gonna give her the time of day ever again - she's lucky she got a packet, she's gonna need it!

Heather Mills is a disgrace to the female gender. May all rich blokes ensure they write a pre-nuptual.

We all love the greedy biatches..... I agree with dan... it's funny.... except for the daughter... Beatrice... She didn't ask to be born and is in the middle of this ... Let's hope she gets out 'normal' . Stella seems to have it together so Paul couldn't have been that bad a father.... Time will tell about Beatrice,,, with her mother?????

OH poor little baby, so her daughter has to fly B class and she has to pay for the rest, well if she is not happy with what her daught is getting then give it to me because I wouldn't mind flying B class for nearly $80000 for a year, GOLD DIGGER, got what you deserve. Even then that's to much

Yes it is fair, she is lucky to be getting anything at all considering they were only together for 4yrs. If you ask me she has got a cheek to be asking for more. Their daughter of course should get something more so if Paul had sense he would set up a fund for his daughter until she is old enough to access herself.

A lot of people said that Heather wouldn't have a leg to stand on in Court.... How wrong were they! But I just love a good double entendre
