suggestions for countdowns. one about girls songs. like big boned gal from KD Lang and girls night out, pretty woman, when in love with a beautiful women, big girls are coming back in style, and girls just want to have fun. You would need to even it up with one for the boys as well, like bad boys, boys are back in town. danny boy. how about items of clothing? like tan shoes and pink shoes laces, diamonds on the sole of her shoes, yellow polka dot bikini, lady in red. Food, american pie, coconut cream,

I went to the Michael Buble concert last night and have to say the whole concert was 'awesome'!!! Naturally 7 were amazing and got a standing ovation from the crowd, as did Michael, he was so down to earth and it was nice to see him taking the time to say hi to some children at the concert. Money well spent and wouldn't hesitate again!!!

Thanks guys! U play so many great songs I've had to put them in a book! Keep it up, makes my work day so much more pleasant, don't know what the neighbours think about my singing though!! I'm sure my wedding will be a blast with great music like this.
P.S. Michelle, u look stunning! Go girl!!

Hi there Shelley;

We will be, we are getting the list ready and will be posting soon, stay tuned. Cheers, good luck with the wedding and great idea to grab song ideas from the Countdown :)

R u going to post the songs from the last countdown (101 Favourite Flashbacks)? Have been looking for them today as need to find out some artists names. Am getting married in a few months and have been writing down all the songs I like for my wedding.

loving all the countdowns. meade me remember so many long lost hits. how about doing a top ten list of novelty songs? things like shaddup ya face, the newcastle song and even farewell aunty jack. Now that would be a real hoot!!!

Posted by richard Friday 6 June, 2008 11:55 AM

Hi Mix, I am loving the countdowns they are brilliant! I just want to know why you are not always updating another list you have on a regular basis-the Cold 30. I dont always get to hear all the songs every night and I would love to know what was in the charts for each year and month and what I missed, especially the 80s. You havent updated it in a week. However keep doing a great job!

Posted by Jody Friday 6 June, 2008 07:03 AM

Do you know if the Whitlams will be doing another show at the Regal or is that definitely the only one

Posted by Julie Thursday 5 June, 2008 04:52 PM

Hi - Just wondering where all the lists are - I was looking for the party list and the whole 80's list. Great idea though - loving it

Posted by Damian Thursday 5 June, 2008 11:29 AM

Hi Daniel; the countdowns are constantly updating, even if the graphic off the home page does not. Just keep on coming back and checking the ever growing list on the page.

Cheers, enjoy

What about doing the top 40 songs by Aussie from the 70's

Posted by Pat Tuesday 3 June, 2008 07:26 AM

Stairway To Heaven - the DJ commented that it had never been released as a single. In my opinion it would have been better if it had never been released at all.

Posted by Helen Monday 2 June, 2008 05:34 PM

What about the top number one songs? From say 1968 - 1998 , One song from each year.

Posted by Stuart Monday 2 June, 2008 03:12 PM

How 'bout the top 10 power ballads?

Posted by Karen Monday 2 June, 2008 01:29 PM

I have enjoyed the countdowns this week but please don't play a top 5 U2 one i don't think i could handle 30min of them

Posted by Greg Monday 2 June, 2008 09:22 AM

I am really enjoying the variety in the countdown choices ur making. The best so far was the top rock songs including Start Me Up, Run to Paradise, & Eye of the Tiger - my favourite rock song of all time. My speakers went up high for that one!!

Posted by Ann Sunday 1 June, 2008 02:50 PM

Stairway to Heaven is a Ballad by a Rock Band, not a Rock Song.
