How's the picture of Helen Mirren from the papers on the weekend? For a woman 63 years young, we reckon she looks HOT!
It got us thinking. If you looked like this at 63, would you get out there like Dame Helen has?

Good on you Helen I say! No matter how she got such a hot bod in the first place, if I look half as good as her when I get to that age, I won't complain thats for sure. (and I am certain my partner wouldn't either hee hee)

Good on her, why shouldn't she show off. But remember anyone can look like that at 63, all it takes is lots of money, a personal trainer, dietition, beautician, chief, stress free job etc..oh and did I forget lots of money. There aren't too many fat, ugly film stars about because they have all the things listed above. No wonder they look so good and we don't.

Hell yes, I would! I am 44 and have had 2 kids - I'm getting back in the gym so I can do that at 63! For all the other women whinging because they don't look that good - it's not because you have had kids - it's because it's the age old excuse that we've become too lazy and let ourselves go! So leave the lovely Dame Helen alone. I would say the picture is very empowering and a positive message to say that at 63 you don't have to be old!
